Placing an Order
When you place an order on Vivadelux, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing the items you have purchased and the total cost. This email serves as a receipt for your order and includes your order number for reference.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to high demand.
Delivery Options and Costs
Vivadelux offers multiple delivery options to meet your needs:
- Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery within 2-5 working days.
- Express Delivery: Estimated delivery within 1-3 working days (only available to select locations, which will be shown at checkout).

- Standard Delivery outside Europe: €49
- Express Delivery worldwide: €69
- Free Standard Delivery worldwide for orders over €199
International Delivery
We offer international delivery to most countries. Delivery times for international orders may vary based on the destination and customs processing times. Please be aware that international deliveries may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking Your Order

Delivery Address
Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address when placing your order. Vivadelux is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery partner will leave a notification with instructions for re-delivery or collection. If the package is not collected or re-delivered within the specified time, it may be returned to us. In such cases, please contact our customer service team at contact@vivadelux.com for assistance.
Missing or Damaged Items
If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your delivery at contact@vivadelux.com. Provide your order number and details of the issue, and we will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
