How long does delivery take?
At VivaDelux, orders are processed within 1 business day. Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days after processing. Express delivery options are available for selected locations and can expedite the delivery time. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
How does return work and what does it cost?
At VivaDelux, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return a product, here’s how it works:
- Free Returns: Returns are free if you receive the wrong product or a broken product.
- Change of Heart: If you change your mind about a purchase, returns are free within the first 14 days. After 14 days, a return fee of 9.95 euros applies for this reason.
To initiate a return, you can either contact our customer service team with your order details or initiate the return via your VivaDelux account login on our website. We will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions on how to send back the item. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as requested.
How do I cancel an order?
At VivaDelux, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. We do our best to accommodate cancellation requests. However, because we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, it might be too late to cancel once the order has entered the shipping process.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order details. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been processed or shipped, you may need to wait for the package to arrive and then initiate a return following our return policy.
